Returns Policy

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you change your mind about a product, we may offer a refund on a case by case basis. The product must be in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. It's this policy that provides you peace of mind while shopping with Lindales Fujifilm Image Service.


As we have closed our shop doors, we are only offering courier as a shipping option (No Pick Ups)

Courier is 2-5 working days (Depending on where you are).


Orders less than $100 - $6 tracked courier

Orders more than $100 - $12 Tracked Courier.
