Returns, Refunds and Shipping

Returns Policy

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you change your mind about a product, we may offer a refund on a case by case basis. The product must be in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. It's this policy that provides you peace of mind while shopping with Lindales Fujifilm Image Service.


Shipping is usually 2-3 working days for North Island and 3-4 working days for South Island. If you order before midday we can usually get your order out with that days courier collection. Prices are as follows:

 We will be closed from the 25th to the 4th January 2021

We will be open again for limited hours from the 5th January, but we will be couriering out online orders from the 30th. 

Order totals under $100 is $5 tracked courier

Order totals over $100 but less than $170  is $7.50 tracked courier. 

Order totals over $170 but less than $250 is $10 tracked courier

Orders over $250 have free shipping.
